android – Applying a style to all dialogs (spinner dialog, alertdialog, etc.)

Questions:

How can I apply a style to all the dialogs without creating my custom implementation of the various dialog windows ?

I want to override Theme.Dialog

My ultimate goal is to change the color of the title bar for every popup in the application.
