Google Play Developer Console. Transfer application from shared account to a newly created one [on hold]

Questions:

A few years ago i was invited to share a Google Play Developer Console account. I accepted the invitation, and am now one of the users of that account (but not the owner).
eg: Developer account 1: “Foo apps”
owner might be [email protected]
user: [email protected]

I then published an application in that account. “My App” by “Foo Apps”

Now i want to create my own Developer Account on the Google Play Console with the user e-mail and transfer the ownership of the application from the original account (where I was just a user of that developer account) to my new account (where I am the owner).

i.e.: Developer account 2 “Me apps”
owner: [email protected]
Transfer the app from Developer Account 1, to developer account 2.

I know that it’s possible to transfer apps between different accounts, but may i do the same thing with an app that was in an account shared with more than one user, where I wasn’t the owner?
