Questions:

I am working on an android application where I will have 100’s of printed QR codes / Barcode. I know how to generate barcode / QR code and assign value to it but in this case, I don’t know how can I assign value to already printed QR codes/barcodes using an android application. Can you please help?

How to&Answers:

hi a static QR content is impossible to change after it was printed since the data is stored directly in the QR code graphic (hence QR codes are also getting larger and form a more complex pattern if there is more data to store) and because a printed graphic itself can’t be changed as other printed image or text but if the QR is a dynamic QR code then it is different since URI embedded in the code is actually a redirect which allows you to change the landing page over time without generating a new code given that you have access to the url and able to do a rerouting of landing page.
