javascript – Magento 2.3.4 Responsive.js not loading after update from 2.1.6

Questions:

I have a strange situation where my responsive.js is not loading. On my old Magento version 2.1.6 I can see responsive.js file is loaded inside the pub/static folder under web. However after the update responsive.js is not present. I’m using a theme from template monster, I tried to include the file inside require-js ( “responsive”: “js/responsive” under map and paths) , but still it’s not loading.

I did all the compile, upgrade, deploy, cache clean procedures (I even completely removed static folder)

I know it’s not loading because my header for the website is not aligned correctly and my menu is a mess (showing horizontally) and also because it’s not inside static folder.

The respnosive.js (inside app/design/frontend/templateMonster/theme/web/js) file loads a few body classes (sm-desktop and others) that will fix my layout issue.

How can I force load responsive.js to my website

Here is the respnosive.js
